Here is the preliminary for your beautiful new home. I am sending hard copies to you
by mail, and I could meet with you whenever it is convenient to review in person. The program you gave me with room sizes and such, the house is a little bigger then our goal. It is not so much that we couldn't reduce a little here and there, or make spaces smaller, but you let me know where you might want reductions. The height restrictions in Bend also make it very challenging to raise your home up very far and keep the roofline you favor. I have done my best to work with both the code and your desires. In any event we have time to discuss all of this. I look forward to speaking with you soon. Thank you
