Here is the preliminary design. As we talked it is probably too big at 3673 total sq. feet.
The main floor is 2319 , Upper is 948 for a total of 3267
Bonus room is 406
We discussed today taking the great room back in even with the bedroom wall, and reducing the bedroom wings each by 1 foot. This would cut down about 240 sq. feet. We could also look at other changes when you are ready. It is a pleasure working for you and I look forward to completing your beautiful design when you are ready.
