Version A on the left side has the opportunity for a third floor bonus room or bedroom area up under the roof and using the dormer in the front.
We envision the exterior facade to be shingled with large scale rough sawn beams on oversized tapered stone column bases. The eaves are thick and richly layered, and the overhangs are 24". Roof pitch is 7:12.
Duplex Version A
This elevation is in the Old World or Tudor Style and we see using stucco board and batten siding with large scale rough sawn porch posts with black iron strapping and knife edge trim. Cedar shutters with 1 x 6 horizontal compliment the windows. Gable roofs are at a 12:12 pitch. Front to back pitch is 8:12 on the hipped truss roof.
