The Stevens Residence
Hi again, This is a little more manageable size I think. We are still in the process of coloring the rendering but this is a progress report. The setback requirements in Aubrey Butte have that 50 foot radius from the view point on the lot,, thus the upper garage has been arranged a little differently, we can explore other options if this takes up too much of the back yard area. Overall the steps to get to this size don't seem to have hurt the house. I hope not in the areas that matter the most to you.. Please let me know when you have a chance to digest this a little further. I will have the completed front rendering up on Monday for you... and will be able to visit with you in Bend next weekend..
