The Nielsen Beach House

I am happy to show you the preliminary design for your Beach Home. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments when you have a chance to review. The Main Floor is 1535 sq. ft. (Future Master Suite is an additional 714 sq. ft) Upper Floor is 2214 sq. ft.
Total with future development would be 4463.. The height is just over 40 ft.
Its a bit bigger then your figures from the input sketch. I had to come forward a little bit at the entry area, to make the stair and foyer work, but otherwise stuck with the footprint you provided. I also made some adjustments, mainly upstairs to try and get a little more walk-in closet for the master and eliminate some wasted space. The bonus room shape changed in an attempt to soften the look of the right side of the house.
