Here are the updated floor plans for you Main floor is 2333 upper is 2355 for a total of 4688.
We will of course lift the house up with the 11 foot ceiling on the main floor . We will also lift it up another 24 inches to improve your view. This will create about 4 steps from the ground up to the front porch and of course improve your view. Please get back to me as soon as you can, as I would like to keep moving on your project. Unless you have a major change I will consider this your approved preliminary with the changes we have made and discussed below. The exterior will also be completely a stone finish as you have requested. We will provide you with a full color computer generated rendering when the working drawings are complete.
