Hi John and Wendy here is the preliminary for your home. The main floor is 2451 sq. ft, the upper is 1002
The office area is 648 sq. ft. You will notice there are only two garage doors but they are large 12/0 wide each. We can put three doors if you want but I thought it would look better with two oversized, Let me know your thoughts on this. The basement isn't shown here yet, we should discuss a little more how big you want down there. I am thinking the back half under the kitchen, nook, great room and master..with one bedroom down there.
