Here is the revised plan we discussed at our last meeting. In order to meet the lot requirements of 35% we could not quite add as much to the house as we had hoped. This current design is right on the lot coverage requirement and is therefore as large a footprint as can be built on the lot. Its a pleasure working with you and I look forward to our next review.
