"One day on a whim I took our best selling single story and added space upstairs under the steep roofline. Viola!! Everyone loved it. What we ended up with as you can see here is a great design for a family as well as a couple. The Master Suite on the main floor along with guest bedroom AND den are complimented by the two upstairs bedrooms and huge bonus room. One of our popular revisions to this plan eliminates the guest room downstairs making the master suite 30% larger which makes great since for many of our clients. This design is also available with a three car garage and expanded living and dining room as well as two other elevations."
